SUPER chemical tanks are made from imported hexane grade materials. Materials used in chemical storage tank-XLPA, PE, Metallocene Polyethylene, Crosslink Polyethylene, Polypropylene. These resin have high density, low melt flow and high level of ESCR.(Environmental stress crack resistance).
Since the resin contributes greatly to the quality of the final product, SUPER chooses the resin based on operating temperature (0 °C to 110 °C), chemical composition, and the density of material to be stored. Choosing the right resin ensures that the SUPER Chemical Tank is utilized up-to it’s maximum life span.
